These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Onsa.ai, a product offered by Empatika Labs, Inc.
By accessing and using Onsa.ai, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Onsa.ai if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Onsa.ai is a platform combining different AI-powered agents to perform sales-related tasks for users. Users log in via email or a supported single sign-on provider.
Prospecting and lead research. Users describe the kind of customer they want to reach, and Onsa's agents build an ideal-customer profile, search for matching people and companies, score each prospect against that profile with a written explanation, and write research notes about them. Prospect information is obtained from professional information published by individuals on public professional networks and retrieved through licensed data providers, together with information the user supplies. Each search is kept as a campaign the user can return to, refine, or compare against earlier ones.
Outreach. Onsa drafts outreach messages for prospects in a campaign. Messages are delivered on LinkedIn through the user's own LinkedIn account, which the user connects to Onsa themselves and may disconnect at any time, using a licensed provider integration and acting on the user's explicit authorization. Onsa does not operate accounts on a user's behalf, does not make a user's own LinkedIn data available to anyone else, and does not resell access to any third-party network. Sending volume is paced per account. See Outreach and Third-Party Platforms below.
Meetings and call analysis. Users may upload materials and/or audio files for transcription and processing, and access detailed call analysis with transcripts, AI-generated analysis, and recommendations.
Access through AI assistants. Onsa publishes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so a user may connect Onsa to a compatible AI assistant and use the features above from inside it. Access is granted by the user through OAuth, is limited to the workspace that authorized it, and can be revoked by the user at any time. Onsa does not read or store the surrounding conversation in the assistant.
Your account, your responsibility. Outreach is sent from the user's own connected account. The user remains responsible for complying with the terms of that platform and with the laws that apply to business communication in the recipient's jurisdiction. Onsa provides pacing limits and an approval step, but the user decides who is contacted and what is said.
Approval. Outreach messages are held for human approval before they are queued for sending. Where a message is initiated through an AI assistant, Onsa requires the exact message text and the recipient's name to be confirmed before the message is queued, and that confirmation applies to one recipient and one message only.
Prohibited use. Users must not use Onsa to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or bulk unsolicited messages, to impersonate another person or organization, or to evade limits, blocks or restrictions imposed by any platform. We may suspend outreach features for accounts that do.
Use of Cookies: Onsa.ai uses cookies to enhance the user experience. Cookies remember user preferences, facilitate navigation, and monitor site usage for optimization purposes.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how our platform is used. Google Analytics collects information about platform usage to help us improve our services.
Managing Cookies: Users can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the platform.
Account Creation: To use Onsa.ai, users must create an account using an email address. A verification code will be sent for account verification and login purposes.
Account Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Data Upload and Processing: When users upload audio files to Onsa.ai, the files are stored on our servers for transcription and further processing. The resulting data, including call analysis and transcripts, will be accessible in the past task section of the user’s account.
Prospect Information: Onsa necessarily holds information about people who are not Onsa users — the prospects our users are trying to reach. Prospect records are scoped to the workspace that ran the search. They are not shared between customers, sold, or used to train models. As stated in our Privacy Policy, the customer is the controller of the prospect data in their workspace, and is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people in it. Records are kept while the workspace is active, and users can delete individual records at any time. The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Users shall not copy, redistribute, republish, alter, or create derivative works from any material on the platform without express permission.
Users are expected to use Onsa.ai responsibly and ethically. Misuse of the service, including harassing or causing distress to other users, is strictly prohibited.
Empatika Labs, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to Onsa.ai without notice for any breach of these terms and conditions.
Empatika Labs, Inc. provides Onsa.ai on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information provided. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of Onsa.ai.
These terms and conditions can be amended at any time by Empatika Labs, Inc. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email.
These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, United States and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State, United States for the resolution of any disputes.
